MRF day 5-6

The key is to differentiate from B05 and LX. We should attack their assumptions. Essentially, they show simple CT can arise from simple markets. Intellectually, this is not a satisfactory explanation. What we really need to explain is why simple CT arise from complex markets. Unless we fully embrace the complexity of the business world, we cannot make a compelling case.

This line of attack should work. I need to answer the review questions first. That will clarify my thoughts, sharpen my writing.

A side note. We have done three times of a usual paper. Yet the AE is hostile all alone: he is so determined to kill this paper. It is a war now. I will fight to the end.
